Our opening hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 12.45pm
Sunday: Closed, but available from 11am to 12pm for emergencies*
If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call us on 028 90796005 to advise us that you are attending the practice, so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.
Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
*Please note: Sunday emergency appointments can’t be booked over the phone. Please arrive at the practice at this time.
Emergencies outside of our opening hours
Our out-of-hours service is supplied by Vets Now in Belfast.
If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call Vets Now directly on 028 90651729. Their team can offer free advice over the phone and arrange for you to visit them, if required.
About Vets Now
Please note that you will be responsible for transporting your pet to and from Vets Now.
You can trust that your pet will be in safe hands with their dedicated team, who are experienced in urgent, critical care and have access to excellent inpatient and hospitalisation facilities.
