Our services
Your experienced vets in East Belfast. Putting your pets first.
Essential veterinary services
Our established veterinary clinic in East Belfast offers a host of services to help keep your pets healthy and happy.
From vaccinations and microchipping to cardiology and nutritional advice, we deliver personal advice and services tailored to the specific needs of your dogs, cats and small pets.
We’re proud to be part of VetPartners, our respected, like-minded network of veterinary practices across Northern Ireland, the UK and Europe.
We also provide emergency support during our opening hours, and have partnered with Vets Now to ensure that you can easily access local care out of hours.
Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations for dogs, cats and other small animals, plus boosters and starter courses for new and rehomed pets.
Vaccination is vital in protecting your pet from key infectious diseases that cause pain, distress and can be life-threatening.
Annual preventative healthcare and vaccination appointments provide an opportunity for regular health checks for your pet and an understanding of their needs.
Neutering
Neutering is a surgical procedure which takes away a pet’s ability to reproduce. It is known as spaying in females and castration in males.
Spaying, sometimes spelt speying, involves the removal of the ovaries and, in most cases, the uterus (womb). Castration is the removal of the testes (testicles).
Neutering pets can be beneficial for their health and wellbeing, as well as preventing unplanned litters.
Microchipping
Microchipping is a safe and permanent way of identifying your pet and is the best way to ensure that they can be returned to you if they are lost or stolen.
Many pets can be microchipped, including dogs, cats, rabbits and a variety of other species.
Flea, tick and worm treatment
When it comes to fleas, worms and ticks, prevention is better than cure.
If you’re unsure how often to administer preventive treatments or would like advice on suitable preventative products, please book an appointment with our team.
We can discuss your pet’s individual needs and develop a personalised preventative healthcare routine.
Pet travel
If you’re travelling abroad with your pet, it’s important to plan ahead to make sure you have all the correct paperwork in place for your pet by the time you’re due to travel.
Contact us in advance for travel advice, documentation and preparation to help you and your pet to travel safely and without difficulty.
Dental care
We can offer advice on optimal dental hygiene, as well as procedures if and when action is necessary.
When your pets visit us they will routinely undergo a full clinical examination, which includes looking inside their mouths and at their teeth.

We know how difficult it is to lose a pet, and are here to help you through the process with compassion and understanding.
Our experienced team can discuss your options and guide you through this process in a sensitive and caring manner.
